What leasing options are available?
Month-to-month with a premium of $250.00, 6 months with a premium of $50.00 and 12 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.
Is renter's insurance required?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Lakeside provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.

Monday-Friday from 10AM-5PM

Yes, our apartments are internet/cable ready through Cox.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
